I had an excellent experience at Zero Latency and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable before we started. The games themselves were incredibly fun and immersive. The virtual reality experience felt very realistic, and there was plenty of action, teamwork, and excitement throughout each game. The technology worked smoothly, and being able to move freely around the arena made the experience even more engaging. Whether you're new to VR or have tried it before, the games are easy to pick up and enjoyable for all skill levels. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great time. They were always available to help and kept the experience running smoothly from start to finish. Overall, we had a fantastic time and left with a lot of great memories.
