Urban Air is always a blast, but this location was on a whole different level thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. They kept everything so organized and clean, and I loved how they constantly refilled the ball pit, my kids were obsessed with it. We had children ranging from 3 to 10 years old in our group, and Urban Air truly had something for everyone. Every kid had a great time. Slides and skyrider were a massive hit. The best part? Their Groupon tickets made the whole outing super affordable. Overall, such a fun place. Highly recommend!

Urban air so fun met this dude name Cesar, he very nice helpful and amazing person. The way he treated us was very top notch and very respectful. He is by far the best employee I ever met in the face of the earth. This man is greatest urban air employee of the century.

We had a very disappointing experience with Urban Air Preston Rd, Dallas. First the facility was consistently dirty and not well maintained, which made it hard to fully enjoy bringing our family there. Overtime we stopped going altogether because the experience just wasn't worth the cost. The biggest issue has been trying to cancel the membership. We moved out of the area and have been attempting to cancel for months. It has been impossible to get through to anyone, and when I finally did, I was told I could not cancel and would still need to continue paying and the lady went ahead to drop the call while I was still on. What makes it even more frustrating is that before signing up, the membership was presented to us as a one-time payment, not a long term commitment that would be impossible to get out of. The lack of transparency around membership terms and the cancellation has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the contract details before signing up.
