Urban Air is always a blast, but this location was on a whole different level thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. They kept everything so organized and clean, and I loved how they constantly refilled the ball pit, my kids were obsessed with it. We had children ranging from 3 to 10 years old in our group, and Urban Air truly had something for everyone. Every kid had a great time. Slides and skyrider were a massive hit.
The best part? Their Groupon tickets made the whole outing super affordable. Overall, such a fun place. Highly recommend!

Went there yesterday to check out the location and the glow theme.. we will be back for a birthday party in February, the staff is very friendly and greeted us immediately. Very happy with the place, we tried the food and everything was great, clean establishment. We will definitely update after the birthday party in February!! Cannot wait!!

My youngest daughter wanted her party here and didnt dissapoint. Our waiter staff member was Cesar and he was very respectful and nice and quickly to everything. Couldnt had a better birthday for my baby!

Great price for the kids, plus they teamed up with our Elementary school. The ripe course was a little beat up and safety straps were loose on children and got stuck as they went through, but overall good experience

The place is ran by irresponsible children. Tell me why there’s a grown boy employee acting like he’s a young man in the dodgeball area playing with children in under 11 years old. My daughter got injured in the eye because the employee decided to fling the ball to her face very aggressively. The sign clearly says “No Headshots”. I completely understand that things happen when playing, however, when it comes to places like these where the employee is actively participating, someone should be held accountable. And NOTHING happened. The employee goes by the two letter name “SJ”. Even when I confronted him to ask what happened, he tried getting little children to come to his defense. While my child had to fend for herself and get ice for her eye.
