The two stars was me being nice. Only reason why I gave the two stars is because my son had fun playing dodgeball but….. omg! That place is so filthy dirty nasty !! Make sure u bring your wet wipe or whatever and definitely shower after. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year it looked like. The tables were sticky and also probably hadn’t been wiped down all year . The party room I was sitting next to still had left over party trash from probably this weekend… it’s just gross yall is the only way I can describe it. I get that it’s for kids but yall have to do better. I’m extremely disappointed and beyond disgusted. GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER URBAN AIR MCKINNEY!
My grandson had a blast at his Urban Air 11th birthday party! The booking process was seamless; I was able to make modifications to my reservation without any issues. Communication was prompt, pricing transparent and reasonable. Hayzel, our party host, went above and beyond to accommodate all requests made. We were able to set up early and never felt rushed throughout the process. The kiddos had plenty of playtime and everyone loved the food including parents! I would definitely recommend Urban Air McKinney to family and friends for birthday parties and special events!

We recently visited this urban air trampoline park with kids. It was fun for kids especially the zip line I side the trampoline park. My kids were little scared in the start but they enjoyed it later. The staff was helpful but there was a wait line at the check-in so come few min early. The food court was reasonably big and almost full. We enjoyed our experience.

We recently celebrated our son’s birthday at Urban Air, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The kids had an absolute blast, and the entire party was well-organized and stress-free.
One thing we loved was that there was truly something for everyone. We had guests ranging from toddlers to teenagers, and every single one of them found activities they enjoyed. It can be hard to entertain such a wide age range, but Urban Air made it easy—everyone had fun!
Our hostess, Sam, was exceptional. Her communication was clear and proactive, she was incredibly helpful throughout the party, and she always had a smile on her face. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure we had what we needed, and genuinely seemed invested in making the day special for our birthday boy and our guests.
As a parent, it’s such a gift to be able to enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics, and Sam made that possible. We are so grateful for her hard work and positive attitude.
Thank you, Urban Air, for helping us create such wonderful memories. We highly recommend Urban Air for birthday parties, and if you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your hostess, you’re in great hands!

I left my shoes in the lockers at this place, and they were stolen. When I went to leave, my shoes were gone—in fact, I had left them right next to my son's, and someone took mine. I do not recommend leaving your shoes in the lockers; although there are cameras right in front of them, when we notified the manager, he told us that the cameras weren't recording. I never thought something like this would happen.
If you visit this place, keep an eye on your shoes.
