Urban Adventure Park is such a fun place to take the kids when they’re bored and need to burn off some energy! There’s plenty for them to do, and they had a great time. Jason was hands down the best staff member—super friendly, helpful, and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

The two stars was me being nice. Only reason why I gave the two stars is because my son had fun playing dodgeball but….. omg! That place is so filthy dirty nasty !! Make sure u bring your wet wipe or whatever and definitely shower after. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year it looked like. The tables were sticky and also probably hadn’t been wiped down all year . The party room I was sitting next to still had left over party trash from probably this weekend… it’s just gross yall is the only way I can describe it. I get that it’s for kids but yall have to do better. I’m extremely disappointed and beyond disgusted. GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER URBAN AIR MCKINNEY!

We are new members, came on a busy Saturday afternoon, Jason at the snack bar was great, he went out if his way to show us member food deals that weren't advertised on the menu board. Churros were crispy, my kids liked the cookie more than the one at chuck e cheese.

Urban Air is such a great place! The inside is very nice, clean, and welcoming, and my family had a really enjoyable experience. I especially want to recognize Grace for being incredibly helpful and attentive. She was genuinely dedicated to making sure my family had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our visit a great one. Her kindness and customer service really stood out. Employees like Grace make a huge difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently took my fifth graders on a field trip to Urban Air McKinney, and the entire experience was excellent. Signing up was a breeze, and the staff was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. On the day of the trip, everything ran extremely smoothly and efficiently. They were able to get 100+ children through the door in less than five minutes, which was impressive.
The facility was clean, and the staff members were incredibly attentive, making sure our kids had a great time while staying safe. We really appreciated how organized and welcoming everything was. I would definitely recommend Urban Air McKinney for school field trips!
