We recently attended a birthday party here and I think everyone had a great time. It wasn't too crowded, which was great.
However, I can't believe there are people saying this place is clean. We noticed a THICK layer of dust on multiple spots throughout the facility. If they can't be bothered to dust, do you think they're doing any basic sanitization? Additionally, several sanitizing stations were empty, which is concerning.

Held my daughter's birthday at Urban Air. Booking the party online was a breeze and the follow-up calls leading up to the party were very appreciated and made planning so easy! The guests ranged from little kid to teens and there was something for everyone, especially my daughter who is a toddler (she especially loved the Tubes Playground). The party hostess, Addy, was super sweet, helpful, and accommodating in helping guests checked in and serving the pizza and cake.
Everyone had a great time! Looking forward to bringing my daughter back for another visit. 🙂

My family & I visited the park on Wednesday August 12th, & I just wanted to express how much I appreciated the friendly staff. The kiddos have loved their summer pass & we have been going multiple times a week most weeks, but my son had not yet been able to join my daughter in ziplining due to being scared of heights. He had tried about a month ago, but had changed his mind. On Wednesday he decided he wanted to give it another shot. Kylon was supportive in helping coax him off the initial point and congratulated him on the way back, Kinsleigh was very friendly assisting with his and my daughter's harnesses, Ki offered to help if he became too nervous at the midway point, and Ryan sweetly climbed up there and helped coax him for the second half of the ride. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive in easing his nerves and congratulatory of his accomplishment. I thanked them there, but just wanted to make sure to mention how much I appreciated their patience & support. Hopefully he'll want to try it again soon next week, but if not, it was truly appreciated. Thanks for making such a great memory for him.

We came for a birthday party and both my little one and 6 year old had an amazing time! There was a small ball pit for my youngest to play in and a larger one with an obstacle course for my oldest! The staff was patient and helpful.

I am very unhappy with this establishment. I had a membership and my debit card got fraud on it and I had to change my card out and as a result, my membership was canceled. Urban air charged me a new membership fee to start up my membership again ($27) and then charge me more for my monthly membership ($14 vs $11) because I was not paying the newest price for my membership. I have tried and tried and I cannot get that fee refunded back to me. I’ve been a good member in good standing for many years. The managers do not have the capability to help you at all and the online people when you call in are not helpful at all. I do not recommend This place for a membership. No one can help you and no one wants to help you and they refuse to refund any fees that they have charged you
