We recently attended a birthday party here and I think everyone had a great time. It wasn't too crowded, which was great.
However, I can't believe there are people saying this place is clean. We noticed a THICK layer of dust on multiple spots throughout the facility. If they can't be bothered to dust, do you think they're doing any basic sanitization? Additionally, several sanitizing stations were empty, which is concerning.
We came for a birthday party and both my little one and 6 year old had an amazing time! There was a small ball pit for my youngest to play in and a larger one with an obstacle course for my oldest! The staff was patient and helpful.

Held my daughter's birthday at Urban Air. Booking the party online was a breeze and the follow-up calls leading up to the party were very appreciated and made planning so easy! The guests ranged from little kid to teens and there was something for everyone, especially my daughter who is a toddler (she especially loved the Tubes Playground). The party hostess, Addy, was super sweet, helpful, and accommodating in helping guests checked in and serving the pizza and cake.
Everyone had a great time! Looking forward to bringing my daughter back for another visit. 🙂

I love that you have great taste of the equipment. But when I was playing in the warrior section I went the wrong way, because I saw multiple, people going that way and too boy's, wearing blue shirts said I was going the wrong way, I told them what happened, but then they started hitting me with the big swing on the third obstacle. Then I told an employee and he said he was going to, have a talk with the two boys, but he did nothing about it.Still there were two little girls who were younger than me ,and I was in line first then they ,said they were first when clearly,I was first they said I was rude,and then they started to gossip about me which I certainty, don't like.Lastly there was this lady at the foam pit, and I don't like how she was talking to me.SO I THINK YOU SHOULD VISIT WITH A FRIEND,FOR BACKUP.

Very engaging trampoline park with lots of activities. There are many rooms for birthday parties. The place has been maintained clean and open for all ages of kids. Kids can spend here many hours and will not get bored. The parking is ample and bathroom is clean.
