My experience wasn't good; the staff is inattentive. I paid $180 so my family could enjoy the whole place, yet most of the rides were closed—apparently because it had rained and the facility leaks. Personally, I won't be visiting this place again.

Get directions →It was our first time at this location & I have mixed feelings. 🙃 My kids had a good time & the staff was friendly, but the place was so dirty & understaffed. I thought it was a new location but it’s pretty run down (signs are falling down, there’s missing pieces in the soft play/slide areas, missing hoop in the Air Court, etc.). We went on a Wednesday in the morning & it was not busy at all so I was really surprised at how dirty everything was for just opening (literally trash & spills all over, including jump areas, clumps of dirt/dust/hair on the steps going up to the slides and in the soft play area). We paid $115 (2 “everything tickets”, 1 parent ticket, & 1 toddler ticket). Some of the attractions weren’t open so I feel like the everything tickets should at least be discounted since the kids do not have access to everything. There are 3 different basketball areas and 1 large dodgeball area but only one ball for the entire building. I asked a staff member for a basketball or dodgeballs because my kiddos were interested in playing dodgeball or basketball and she said they only had one ball and it would be in the Air Court. I said, “There’s only one ball that the whole building shares between all the courts?” And she just looked embarrassed and said yes. They need to place more of their staff members around the building to monitor the kids. Many kids were eating on the trampolines, doing flips, or leaving their carpets for the slides in a heap at the end of the slide. The Air Court was occupied by older kids for over an hour so we never got the chance to play with the only ball. I think if staff members were stationed throughout the building it would help keep kids moving and following the rules posted on the walls. I know some of these issues do not fall on the staff members and parents should be monitoring their children & making sure their kids pick up after themselves, but the problem is, many don’t, so in order to keep a cleaner, safer place, there should be staff members to help facilitate. I sure if we would go to this location again or not. 😣

Fairly priced and fun slides. Jungle gyms are huge, but they have padding that is zipped tied. Ties are cut at a very sharp angle, so be careful if you're out there chasing your kid. Could be a bit cleaner, but not too crazy dirty

Maya was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment we interacted with her. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our kids were having the best time. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the guests’ experience. Urban Air is lucky to have her! She made our visit even better!

I was really disappointed with this urban air. Unfortunately, most of the attractions were either closed or broken during our visit. There were very few working areas, which made the experience frustrating since we paid full price but couldn’t enjoy most of the rides. It also didn’t seem well maintained, and the overall experience felt unsafe and poorly managed. I hope the management repairs the equipment soon because the place has potential, but right now it’s not worth the visit.
