We had a great time playing Prison Break! Kim was an amazing game master. He did a great job with the clues that we needed and kept us on track. We have now played all of the room at this location and a bit sad we are done! We will definitely check out the other locations and probably come back and repeat a room or two here ;-). Thanks to Kim and the GM Jon for accommodating our family.

My son and I had a great time. Zahir the team leader went above and beyond and made our first escape room experience a special one. He made my seven-year-old son feel comfortable, engaged, and included throughout the experience. He was encouraging and took the time afterward to explain all the clues to us. He also took pictures for us in multiple areas, which was a great touch.
The entire staff was very kind and welcoming. We’ll be back!

The Escape Game brand is truly unmatched! We’ve played every room at Grapevine and are now working our way through The Colony. Cosmic Crisis was absolutely incredible, but the customer service is on a completely different level.
Jack was so welcoming, and the entire team went above and beyond for my mom’s birthday. They sent sweet birthday messages throughout the game, filled the final room with balloons, and even gave her special pins to celebrate her escape!
Seven years ago, they surprised her for her birthday at Grapevine, and they went above and beyond again this year. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. They don’t just create incredible experiences—they create memories you’ll never forget.

We had a great time doing both The Depths and Prison Break! Both rooms were a lot of fun and the puzzles were great to solve. Thanks to John and Macy for being such great game masters, they were both super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

we did the playground room and it was so much fun!! the room was so unique and it was such a challenge. the real highlight of the evening was our guide Brand! he was so nice and funny- and he took the best polaroid of my friends and i. he made the experience so worthwhile and we will definitely be back. my sisters and i have been to a lot of different escape rooms, but this one was definitely the coolest AND the staff was AMAZING. definitely go here, it’s so worth it!!
