I brought my daughter here for her 11th birthday. How about 5 minutes into riding slides we decided to come over to the orange slides. My daughter chose who rode which slide and thankfully she did because when I got to the bottom of my slide I went full speed into the hard ground because the cushioned mat was completely deflated. My shoulder and my knee on my paralyzed side were impacted the most and worst. Once I got up and told a worker that the cushion wasn't inflated, he said, "oh ya it popped". I said, "don't you think you should put a sign up to not let people smack the concrete underneath a 3/8th in May?!". He disappeared into an office for 5 minutes and then finally came out. I asked for a refund for just me because I was in pain but I want going to ruin my daughter's birthday celebration. We literally walked past a worker on the way up the stairs to the slide and nothing was said about not getting in the slide. If I feel any worse tomorrow I will be going to the Dr to get checked out. I'm not here to have anyone's head on a platter, but at the same time, how did every worker in the building know this mat was popped, yet nothing was done until I got on it, got the ground, and then made a worker do his job. This would have been a completely different story is it were to have been my daughter. Thankfully I turned my head once I saw that the may want inflated otherwise things could have been worse.

Came for kids birthday party and they had a blast. The food is like any other place that hosts kids birthday party. This a loud place and the girl at the reception wouldn't talk to us in line to get tickets any louder than mumbling under her breath. We had to lean in over the counter each time to ask her to repeat the question each time and answer it.

We been here for birthday party event. it was awesome, experience for the whole family. Both my 4 and 11-year-olds loved every single slide. Great to find a park where the little ones don't have to miss out on the big thrills!"

The staff was professional, friendly and concise, facility was clean. The kids had a blast and weren’t ready to leave. Concessions are a bit over-priced, so go hydrated and fed, as there are also no healthy choices besides water, I needed caffeine($5.40 for Diet Pepsi) and I promised the kids a dye ladened blue slush($4.99 each). Not a big deal as it’s not for long and for the kids…. If you or someone in your party have mobility issues please state that when booking a party bc they do not have an elevator to get elder or disabled family members to the second level where bday parties are held. The kids loved it. It’s amazing for sensory seeking kids and getting the wiggles out on rainy or stormy days! Also, their a/c works well in the Texas heat. They have so many slides and the kids loved it. Totally worth it all!

I was here yesterday on 11/22 for my nieces birthday party. We were there from 10 am to 1:30 pm and from the front desk, the birthday team members, and team members by each area of the slide were helpful and did there best to maintain a coolness. I liked how each slide has a different height and edge to it. It was so much fun even as an adult it gives you that adrenaline when you see the height and design of each slide. There is area for ages 5 and under too. This is place to be to throw your next slick event.
