I used to love bringing my kids here, we did it for over 4 years and it was fun now is scary and dangerous. Today I arrived at the same time that the employee friends got here all teenagers wearing black clothes its Glow time, in the past if you didn’t have a neon or white sky zone t shirt you couldn’t participate and now they are all wearing black and running, screaming and throwing each others into the foam pits without any consideration of the young kids that are already there. I think a grown person needs to bore to maintain order. Some employees are more afraid to say anything. I know I’m not the only one having concerns. Hopefully sky zone can return to it’s original roots a family place not a scary place filled with teenagers running around and screaming.
We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday but 1st party. I was nervous about doing a party here bc we never been here but I will say I’m extremely happy we chose this Sky Zone. The Manager Javier went above and beyond my expectations making sure my party was good and just checking on us before he left. Our Host Aaliyah (I hope that’s the right name 😭) she was extremely helpful she also helped make our huge party run smoothly. I just want to thank them for helping us make our kid happy on his day!! Go to sky zone you won’t regret it.
The party rooms are a nice size but it did get a little hot in the beginning until they gave us a fan.

This place was nice.It was fun for kids to run around. Definitely. Should be a line structure for your birthday party. You need.
To be in this line, and if you are for an individual party and you need to be in design, it should be a structure just saying.

Poor customer service, Very unorganized place of establishment. There were water leaks everywhere. The place was clean but They do not sanitize anything. First point of contact in any area of the trampoline, you get rash. For the food, they wait till its your schedule time to eat, to start preparing the food and there were no utensils to use to portion out the food! 1st and last time coming here. They need an emergency remodel. The reason for my review is for corporate to see this and make changes, not to bash them! They have potential ,you just have to love what you do. I mean this in the most humble way
