We had a birthday party there and the place is goog, but the reason why I am givingb3 stars is because there was only one lane attending "party guest" and the other cashiers and employees were just looking how the guy was attending one by one and delaying the hole lane, and another employee came by but never did something to help his partner to attend guests. I think they should organize better and be more customer focus because they seem to be floating around doing nothing while their partner were struggling with the lane until finally another staff member arrived and finally helped.

At first I was worried it was a little too pricey for a birthday party, but with the help of our awesome host Ayden, and everything they provide it was definitely worth it. He helped with set up and take down he was super attentive to what we needed and was ready before I even had to ask! Birthday parties are stressful but this was probably the most relaxing party we’ve ever had. Thank you Ayden!

Great little indor park for kids to play in the summer. It has all the fun activities a child or any age may need. Arcade, slides, trampolines, zipline, dodge ball and even a mini indoor soccer fied.

It’s a great place to celebrate children's birthdays—or just to let them run wild—though it’s not particularly comfortable for adults.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received for my child’s birthday party at Sky Zone.
We spent a significant amount of money on this party, yet we felt rushed from the moment it was nearing the end. Before we had even finished gathering our belongings, staff members repeatedly came to remind us to check out—at least two or three times. Instead of helping us enjoy the final moments of our celebration, it felt like they were trying to push us out the door.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of some of the staff. They came across as rude and unprofessional, which left a very negative impression on our family and guests. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and appreciation, not as though we were inconveniencing them.
I’ve hosted birthday parties at several other adventure and entertainment venues and have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Considering the high prices, I expected a much better experience.
Unfortunately, this will be our last party at Sky Zone, and I cannot recommend it to anyone! There are many other venues that provide much better customer service and make families feel welcome and valued.
