At first I was worried it was a little too pricey for a birthday party, but with the help of our awesome host Ayden, and everything they provide it was definitely worth it. He helped with set up and take down he was super attentive to what we needed and was ready before I even had to ask! Birthday parties are stressful but this was probably the most relaxing party we’ve ever had. Thank you Ayden!
We had a birthday party there and the place is goog, but the reason why I am givingb3 stars is because there was only one lane attending "party guest" and the other cashiers and employees were just looking how the guy was attending one by one and delaying the hole lane, and another employee came by but never did something to help his partner to attend guests. I think they should organize better and be more customer focus because they seem to be floating around doing nothing while their partner were struggling with the lane until finally another staff member arrived and finally helped.

Great little indor park for kids to play in the summer. It has all the fun activities a child or any age may need. Arcade, slides, trampolines, zipline, dodge ball and even a mini indoor soccer fied.

We had such a great time at Skyzone Frisco! From the moment we started planning our party, the process was smooth and stress-free. A big shoutout to Bryson, who helped us along the way! He was incredibly friendly, patient with all our questions, and made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience.
The trampoline park itself was clean, well-maintained, and so much fun for kids and adults alike. The staff kept things organized and safe without ever feeling overly strict, so everyone could just relax and enjoy themselves.

It’s a great place to celebrate children's birthdays—or just to let them run wild—though it’s not particularly comfortable for adults.
