My husband and I did the Seekers of the Shard: Dragonfire experience. We were outfitted with ankle, wrist and chest sensors as well as a VR headset and headphones. The experience lasted about 30 minutes. We had a great time and can't wait to go back in a few months to continue our journey! You can also add a snack box to your experience, we got the curated Japan Crate Box that came with 15 different snacks. The snack box was a little pricey but it was a cool experience!
This was our second time coming to sandbox vr but our first time at the dallas location. We were VERY disappointed!! We drove over 4 hours from haughton, LA. We went while in San Francisco and it was amazing. This time my gun glitched the whole time which I said over and over and no one came into the room to fix it until the very end. My sons fell apart and thats when they finally came in. She said a pin was loose in my gun. It had to be paused several times which ruined it. Then my husbands headset went dead so we had to pause again. It was at 15% when we started( they should be charged) my husband didnt know 15% wasnt gonna be enough! Not a good experience considering the cost and how far we drove to get here. I paid for my son to go a second time by himself . We wanted him to have a good experience, thankfully he had a better time with not as many issues the second time. But for our group one it wasn't good and was a waste of time and money. Not sure that we will make the trip back again. Really disappointed!!

I just want to share my experience at sandbox, and the great customer service we got from Preston! He was amazing, very welcoming and polite and helpful. He took great care of us , and took his time explaining everything to us, showed us our videos. Thank you Preston, will be back forsure , we had a blast!!! My kids and I absolutely loved it!! We got the membership and its so worth it! The best family outting!

We enjoyed this place. It was really fun. But for the price and you only get to play 30 minutes is a bit over rated. We were thinking we was about to play at least 45 minutes to a hour. But I’m not giving this place a 5 star because it was lagging and glitching. We kept having to pause and start over and the head phones and the wand was not working properly. Yall need to do better with that… but overall it was still a great time. I will definitely go to a different location. Also, this new monthly subscription y’all have can be improved. There are only two options to choose from which only include an individual or 1-2 people. There should be a family plan of at least 3-4 people.

Had the best freaking time ever!!! I called remember the gentleman name that helped us, but he had glasses on. He explained to us how everything works. He helped us feel comfortable but also have fun. We both had never experienced this and will be definitely be returning!!!
