We did the submarine escape room and were deeply disappointed by our experience. The room wasn’t set up correctly so we got clues and finished faster than we should have. The mistakes were not small, they were obvious and were critical parts to solve the room. One of the doors was completely left open and the final clue to finish the puzzle was laying out in the room. Our gamemaster, Tera, walked us into the room and somehow didn’t notice the obvious set up errors that should have already been reset and looked over beforehand. She spoke to her manager who offered us a small discount but it did not equivalent to the “escape room” experience that we lost out on. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we will not be coming back. Edit: Did not receive discount so we had to call the manager. The manager said it was actually a discount for our NEXT visit, when they originally said it was a small refund.

Get directions →Peyton was an incredible game master if there was 100stars we would give her all she was the best help when something won’t work she was the best and she was super nice and we wouldn’t have any other person.Peyton was very helpful and Kind and she should get $1 million for doing that and whoever is the boss of her you should pay her extra five dollars or maybe even more. She was somewhat tbd helpful and nice if she hadn’t helped us on a part we wouldn’t still be doing it and she was so energetic and not boring at all we all loved her so much! She was so fun it was my first experience in an escape room and she made it so much fun! She deserves a billon star rating! She was the best game master in the whole world love the 4th grade girls

Nope. Been doing escape rooms for several years now.. and I can honestly say that this was the worst organized, worst experience ever. The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).

This was, without question, the worst escape room experience we’ve ever had. Amber was outright rude from the moment the room ended. She refused to answer even the simplest questions and acted like we were inconveniencing her by wanting to understand the puzzle we had just paid over $130 to play. We finished the room with 30 minutes leftand instead of taking even a minute to explain how we solved the puzzle without using all the clues, she dismissed us with, “I have to get the schedule moving.” The most frustrating part? There was absolutely no one waiting. When customers pay that kind of money, the bare minimum expectation is basic customer service. Answering a couple of questions is not unreasonable it’s part of the experience. Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Our questions weren’t out of line; we simply wanted to understand the puzzle mechanics and how we bypassed certain clues. Instead, we were met with disrespect, short responses, and an attitude that made it clear she didn’t care at all. This is the last time we’ll be coming here. And to the owners: you seriously need to retrain your staff on what customer service is supposed to look like. If this is how your employees treat paying customers, it’s no wonder people leave disappointed.

Room Master was great and experience was amazing! The puzzles were tricky and the rooms were fun and we had a nice family outing! Lot of laughter and fun. Will be coming here again!!
