We had a great time here. Challenging room but just the right level of difficulty. Kept us engaged and we managed to find our way out. Lexi was our host and she was great. We do a lot of escape rooms and she was the most friendly and fun game host we’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

Nope. Been doing escape rooms for several years now.. and I can honestly say that this was the worst organized, worst experience ever. The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).

We had a great time doing Submerged, but it was a tough one. Seth was a great host! We’ll be back.

Hannah was great! The penthouse puzzle was challenging enough without making you feel stupid, lol. Great escape rooms and customer service!
