Absolutely phenomenal climbing gym!!!! It is absolutely saying the art and Francisco and Lin let us in our first time and treated my best friend and I like royalty! The Rockland wall is phenomenal, and it's caters to all experience levels. This is my new favorite place in Dallas and I will absolutely be coming for all the events including queer night! I am so happy that this great place opened!

Get directions →Great place! The staff are excellent and care about what they do, the gym is well kept, and there are a lot of options with weights and top rope. Top rope routes are somewhat slow to change, but I don’t mind too much because I give’s me time to work on my challenge climbs. Functional strength training classes are a lot of fun, challenging, and never the same so you always get to work on new things. The gym feels more like a community than just a gym. For time reference, I’ve been coming to the gym for about 10 months, been a member for ~4 months.

Absolutely love this gym and its atmosphere. The climbing community here feels welcoming, energetic, and motivating. The facilities are great, and bouldering is especially fun and beginner-friendly. I honestly can’t wait to bring my kids and see if they fall in love with climbing too. It’s such a great way to stay active, build confidence, and have fun at the same time. Highly recommend for both adults and families.

Movement Design District Gym is a magnificent temple of iron, suffering, and questionable life choices. The equipment is excellent. The gym is clean. The atmosphere is motivating. The staff are friendly. And somehow, every time I walk through the door, I immediately convince myself that today is the day I should attempt something irresponsible with a barbell. There is plenty of room to squat, deadlift, bench, and perform increasingly elaborate accessory exercises while pretending I understand what “optimal hypertrophy stimulus” means. The other members are welcoming, serious about training, and generally respectful of gym etiquette. Nobody has interrupted my workout to ask whether I have considered joining a pickleball league instead. This is important. Most importantly, the Owner responds to every Google review, which means this review is not merely feedback. It is a summoning ritual. Movement management (M&M) , I have completed the objective. I have deposited five stars into the glowing review receptacle. Now emerge from the shadows and acknowledge my gains.

Came to Dallas from Florida on a day trip and knew I had to visit a climbing gym here. Decided to go to Movement due to the cheaper day pass. I was immediately greeted by Dylan who was truly outstanding and gave me the best Texas hospitality I could ever have asked for! This was just an amazing beginning to an amazing time I had at the gym. The gym has both top rope (with really huge walls) and bouldering. I only boulder but the bouldering area is huge with really good setting. There’s even an outdoor patio area on the second floor where there’s a slackline setup with a gorgeous view of downtown Dallas. The amenities here at this gym were amazing, a full gym with benches, dumbbells, and squat racks with bumper plates, yoga room, sauna, showers, and 2 board systems (kilter and tension) with a hardboard training area. If I lived here in Dallas I would 1000% get a membership. This a truly a 1 stop gym/climbing gym. Just want to give another shout out to Dylan for going above and beyond and making my first visit to the gym memorable!
