My group had a great time at Main Event today! The food was good, and even though a couple of the games weren’t working properly at first, Cristofer was really helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance. He was especially great when our group played laser tag. He’s a really fun and nice guy, and he definitely made our experience more memorable. We really appreciated his help and great attitude. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)
I had a very disappointing experience at Main Event. We were seated and placed an order for sliders, fries, and drinks. The fries came out first, but we didn’t receive our drinks at all. It took over 15 minutes just to track down our waiter and ask for them.
By the time we finally got our drinks, we had already finished the fries. We then waited over 40 minutes for our sliders, which is completely unreasonable for such a simple order. The lack of attention and extremely slow service really took away from the experience.
Overall, the service was poor, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected much better.

Jul 8 approx noon. Great guy working up front as the greeter who sells the cards abd issue bowling shoes. Very helpful. Other employees were help and courteous throughout the Plano location, that is until it was time for our meal. I took my two kids to order them both a meal. While most of the workers in the food area appeared friendly and helpful, the young lady wearing black appeared to a trainer or supervisor. She could use some additional training herself. She put a damper on my enjoyable mood and changed what would have otherwise been 5 stars. She told the employee who she was training if the kids wanted water she needs to charge me $5 for each glass of water! I said for water? That's insane. I just paid for two meals! Are you going to charge for the ice too? I was under the impression the water was free. She said, "I have to charge you for the cup you're drinking the water from. That's what management is instructing us charge." I asked well do I get to keep the cup and the ice too? That is so ridiculous. I'm not sure if I believe management would instruct such a thing, but that conversation drained me. I bought the two drinks at roughly $10 bucks for my kids so they could enjoy my meal. Understand, the majority of the employees were great and I apologize for my rating because of one employee. Well, I at least I changed it from a 1 Star after cooling off. And yes, I left them their Dine-In drinking cup.

Came in to bowl the other day and brought a few personal balls with me, part way through my 5th frame I had a ball get stuck in the lane and had to get the bowl attendant to go fix it for me. The bowl attendant sat there and stared at me for a few minutes before a younger gentleman with a ford hat (I believe he said his name was mike but had no name tag) came out after retrieving my ball to talk to me. There was slight damage on the surface of the ball but the kid was very professional and apologized for what had happened and explained how sometimes the ball will get caught on a pin or the chain and it can burn the surface. I’m not upset with the center or staff but I would like to commend the young man who helped me for being kind and explaining what happened to my ball and who to talk to in terms of making things right. I’ll likely be back regularly as long as the staff can be as knowledgeable and professional as that young man was when it comes to resolving unfortunate accidents like this.

We recently had our son’s birthday party here and it was such a great experience! The staff made everything easy and fun from start to finish. Our server Jessica was especially very nice, helpful, and attentive throughout the party, making sure everyone had what they needed. The kids had an amazing time bowling, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for family parties and events!
