We went for my daughter's Birthday & my kids & grandkids bowled & ate a couple of appetizers & played games. Our young waitress was surprisingly attentive & seemed to enjoy working there as well. We will definitely be back should we go out like this as a family again. They do offer VA discount in bowling as well.
I would like to thank everybody working here. We had my son's birthday here today and the kids had a blast . Everything was so organized, on time, quick if there is changes. They accommodated 15 kids so well with an excellent host(her name was gey) who was helping in every second. Thank you all for the great day and all the fun.

I had a very disappointing experience at Main Event. We were seated and placed an order for sliders, fries, and drinks. The fries came out first, but we didn’t receive our drinks at all. It took over 15 minutes just to track down our waiter and ask for them.
By the time we finally got our drinks, we had already finished the fries. We then waited over 40 minutes for our sliders, which is completely unreasonable for such a simple order. The lack of attention and extremely slow service really took away from the experience.
Overall, the service was poor, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected much better.

I had an amazing experience at Main Event in Plano! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile, the server (Oscar & Hunter) was attentive and kind, and the manager took the time to make sure everything was going well.
What really stood out was how helpful the staff was. They walked us to our bowling lane, answered all of my questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their customer service made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.
The food was also really good, and everything came out fresh and quickly. It’s clear that the team works hard to make guests feel valued and taken care of.
Thank you to everyone at Main Event Plano for making our visit such a great one. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun time with excellent customer service! 🎳😊

Main event provides an overall great experience. The food is good,lively and clean environment, and very welcoming team.
The food came out hot.
Bowling was good. There were a few technical issues that were immediately resolved without impact to our game or time.
The arcade selection is a little limited.
One issue that lowered the score. Lazar Tag. The staff member working the area that Saturday was not very attentive. He was sitting inside the area not acknowledging players. There were no instructions when we entered or started the game.
Very enjoyable experience with the exception of laser tag.
