I had a very disappointing experience at Main Event. We were seated and placed an order for sliders, fries, and drinks. The fries came out first, but we didn’t receive our drinks at all. It took over 15 minutes just to track down our waiter and ask for them.
By the time we finally got our drinks, we had already finished the fries. We then waited over 40 minutes for our sliders, which is completely unreasonable for such a simple order. The lack of attention and extremely slow service really took away from the experience.
Overall, the service was poor, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected much better.

My group had a great time at Main Event today! The food was good, and even though a couple of the games weren’t working properly at first, Cristofer was really helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance. He was especially great when our group played laser tag. He’s a really fun and nice guy, and he definitely made our experience more memorable. We really appreciated his help and great attitude. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

Jennifer is a great server. So energetic and very nice to me and my friends. Best server I’ve ever gotten here at Main Event. Malina is great as well, lets us choose what lane we want. Energetic and nice. We always come here once a week always come back and happy to see them every time.

We recently had our son’s birthday party here and it was such a great experience! The staff made everything easy and fun from start to finish. Our server Jessica was especially very nice, helpful, and attentive throughout the party, making sure everyone had what they needed. The kids had an amazing time bowling, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for family parties and events!

My experience at Main Event was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager, (Jay), was unprofessional and showed little interest in resolving my concern or listening to my feedback. Instead of trying to help, his attitude was dismissive and made me feel like customer satisfaction was not a priority.
I expected much better service, especially from a manager. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope the company takes customer service more seriously and provides better training to its managers and staff.
