My mom and I have taken multiple cooking classes and found Chef Rose's class to be one of the best cooking classes we have taken! We learned so much, from tips and tricks on how to use our Kitchen Aid (things we didn't know beforehand), how to prepare and cook tortellini, and how to make homemade ricotta. This was such a great class and Chef Rose made us feel like family cooking together in her kitchen. We can't wait to schedule our next class.
Wow oh wow! What a spectacular thing to experience! I was gifted a Chef Rose class for pasta making and it did NOT disappoint! I took my 12-year-old (never too young to learn) and my husband. We were joined by two other amazing ladies, and it was truly fascinating to watch how Chef Rose worked with all different levels of experience and in such a fun manner. Not quite a novice but certainly not an expert/pro, I walked away with a full belly of amazing pasta that we'd made, the recipes to make them again, a wonderful family experience, and my own treasure trove of helpful tips and tricks to use at home! I HIGHLY recommend the experience to anyone who loves being in the kitchen or has more questions than answers when they step into the kitchen.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Rose’s cooking class! She was an incredible host and instructor with an infectious passion for food that made the experience so enjoyable. Along with her husband, they welcomed us into their beautiful home kitchen, which had such a warm, friendly vibe—felt just like visiting a friend’s place. Chef Rose taught us how to make pasta from scratch to create delicious manicotti, and we learned so much in the process. If you’re looking to improve your cooking skills and have a fun time doing it, I highly recommend this class. You won’t regret it!

I highly recommend, you are in a personal kitchen with plenty of room, burners, cookware for everyone.
We finally figured out how to use our stainless steel cookware and learned a great trick for cutting shallots, searing, and many more cool things. I took my son and wife and we all had a great time.
The food and experience is a 5 star experience.
