Fun!
The price is very reasonable and the staff is attentive and helpful. We had a great time taking out girls ice skating for the first time.
The only complaint is that some of the the rental skates are in such poor condition that it limited our time because they caused pain. One pair had no insoles at all, for example, and another had worn laces such that they couldn't be tightened properly.
The management's temperature control for the ice rink is extremely poor. Instead of skating on ice, people are literally skating on water. The entire rink is covered in a thick layer of water, and this is definitely not ice skating. This issue has been ongoing for a long time without being resolved, and the conditions are completely unacceptable. If you accidentally fall just once, you will be soaked from head to toe

Lovely ice skating rink in a lovely shopping centre. Only 58 dollars for 3 of us to skate, including skates hire. We went Monday afternoon, so it wasn't busy. Parked for free in multi-story car park. Had a great time. Will definitely go again.

I visited the ice rink today (6/8/2026) with my daughter, arriving around 5:45 PM. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff turned what should have been a fun day into an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. Two separate incidents stood out to me as entirely unacceptable.
First, while on the ice, my daughter had a fall. Falls are to be expected with ice skating, which is no big deal, but she actually cut her arm open. When she approached a staff member on the ice—a guy wearing a blue jacket—and asked for a simple Band-Aid, he was completely dismissive and brushed her off. It was obvious that he looked like he was having more fun on the ice himself than actually monitoring the people like he was supposed to be doing. Thankfully, a kind lady nearby stepped in to help her. It is incredibly concerning that a staff member responsible for safety couldn't be bothered to assist a minor who was actively bleeding.
Second, the service at the skate counter was awful. The tall teenage boy working the counter was completely rude from the start. After asking what our sizes were, he practically tossed the skates at us rather than handing them over properly, which set a very unpleasant tone for the visit. To make matters worse, we later saw this same employee hanging over the railing, joking around and slacking off with the young man out on the ice.
The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the young staff here is glaring. Management seriously needs to train their employees on customer service and basic safety/first aid protocols. We will definitely think twice before coming back.

Visited this rink inside the Galleria mall for the first time this afternoon. Admission for $14.07 (I brought my own skates) for unlimited skate time (so long as you don't leave the skate center).
The ice was in great condition and I enjoyed that I wasn't freezing as I do when I skate at the other local rinks. There are lockers available for 3 quarters, or you can leave your stuff along the provided bench near the rink's entrances. Food/beverage vending machines and restrooms are also available.
Enjoyed my time on the ice at this rink and will return.
