This was the most underwhelming experience I've had as a fun outing with a friend. From being greeted and told I could not create the piece I wanted because the young lady was too lazy to trace it, even though there were other complex pieces on the walls and I had adequate time, to being left ofln the floor alone and calling out for help while she stayed in the back room doing whatever. Then there was her attitude. She also made us wait for other people to arrive so she didn't have to give the directions twice which cut into our time. But wait. There's more! I went to pick up the rugs and the white border of the material you tuft on was exposed. The rugs were not secured to the backing. They use hot glue instead of the traditional glue to secure the rugs and the melting stuff traditionally used for hems when sewing to adhere the drug to the backing, all the while, I'm picking all of the yarn off the rug with ease. HOT MESS! The young lady helping me during pick up was very helpful as we attempted to fix the rugs. After an hour, I was done. It would have taken a couple hours more to remedy this and at this point it wasn't worth it. She called the manager who didn't readily give a refund. I had to stand my ground because who wants another experience like this? He finally gave the refund for my rug. I discovered that my friend's rug was just as bad. When I talked to her she said she'd given up on it before we'd left the day of tufting based on the service we'd received. If you want a rug that is going to shed and mediocre service, this is your place.

Went in for a drip bear and it was nice. The African American lady at the front desk was pretty standoffish and short with my companion and I. A couple of workers didn’t really know the job, and told us to pick any bear after we already paid for 9in. Told her what we paid for and she said you can still pick any one of them. After we picked them she came back and asked if we wanted to pay more for the ones we picked. Told us how to do the drip bears, then asked where the supplies she said we needed were and then said they don’t use them for the bears. The place was kinda fun, but the workers made it kinda annoying.

Booked a reservation while friends were in town. We had fun time doing the drip bears! Friendly staff, creative experience! There are many different activities for kids and adults to choose from with various price points and time to complete. Fallon was friendly and helpful.
