Booked a reservation while friends were in town. We had fun time doing the drip bears! Friendly staff, creative experience! There are many different activities for kids and adults to choose from with various price points and time to complete. Fallon was friendly and helpful.

Get directions →My rug is literally falling apart and the yarn is always coming out and obviously it’s so small I don’t walk on it the size comparison is crazy small my shoes is a size 5.5 and this rug was $80 my heart is very wonky because they had an employee trace it and I asked for her to fix it or let me fix and I couldn’t and she redid it multiple times just for it to still be wonky I asked for the dots of the i’s to be heart she just ignored that part the pink parts in the bottom of the R was not there when I left so I’m assuming they filled it in more even though the employee said it’s fine but at least fill it in with the same color! The experience was only fun because I was with my friends other than that it was not worth the hype at ALL

It all started when I wanted to make a Mario rug. I personally felt the messages I was getting were short but I knew I could be reading them wrong. I got over it and showed up and we were told to go to our stations and then we just sat there for 10 minutes before someone noticed us and realized nobody told us what to do. The lady who taught us was short and rude to my girlfriend. Probably to me as well but more so to her. And then I realized that I went back to my station that the designs around me more complicated than my original is how I felt. They kept saying too complicated so I went with a simple block. And then they couldn’t even trace that right whereas plenty of others around me had way more elaborate ones that were perfectly traced. I tried to get help but they pretty much just told me to deal with it as it was. So I left without a rug disappointedly.

I had my birthday experience at Fuzz Lab with a party of 6, and overall it was a really fun and memorable experience. Our reservation was for 11 AM, but the process was very tedious and we didn’t end up leaving until around 3 PM, so be prepared to spend a good portion of your day there especially with a larger group. The experience is enjoyable no matter your level of knowledge with tufting, but it can definitely take longer depending on everyone’s individual pace and capabilities. Our instructor spoke a different language, which made it a little difficult to understand instructions at times and may have contributed to the longer training process for each person. We did have to come back to pick up our rugs, but it wasn’t a big deal since we were still able to get them the same day. The best part was being able to choose any logo or design we wanted and select from a variety of thread colors. Even though it took longer than expected and took up a big part of our day, it was well worth the experience. I’d recommend it just plan extra time, especially if you’re going with a big group.

Sai was an amazing host! Such a fun experience would definitely do it again! They traced my requested design perfectly.
