Amazing customer service! I was just passing by from the farmers market and decided to stop in to look at hat belts. I’m fairly new to the whole hat and boots scene, but the associate who helped me (I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a baseball hat) was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk me through different styles that would pair well with my black hat, showing me options with ribbons and pre-made belts. She even helped design the perfect combination for me. I felt so taken care of and never rushed. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting, much better than Boot Barn! I’ll definitely be back.
