Just celebrated my 50th birthday in the XL room at Encore with 4 generations from ages 5 to 76 and we had a blast. This was my 2nd time hosting a birthday celebration at this establishment. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! The prices are reasonable and there are space options for nearly any size party.
Love the vibe, yummy food, great service by Jayla (not sure of spelling) and bar staff. Yummy "LEMON DROP". We had the fried dumplings and they were just as good as the Mandu I had in Seoul last month. The wings, fries, shrimp and adult beverages were amazing.
* Beware of the "sinking sofa" lol, it got me and my brother 😂 🤣 😅 definitely needs to be replaced. The cushions have given their all. It's time to retire that one.

Definitely suggest going!! Such a great time, and an awesome freaking staff!! Great for large and smaller parties. Private rooms make it a great place to feel you have your own space but not have to worry about the clean up after. Pricing is definitely affordable! Food alcohol etc!! They only thing I'd say could improve is the couches were a little worn but honestly you don't even notice! Enjoy your time cause it'll be great fun laughs etc.!! Also top secret ask about the computer room, that's where you can listen to anything or find anything through YouTube, not just be confined by the selection in the karaoke system!!!

This was a fun experience! I love the private rooms you can book for the karaoke sessions. Each person in your party can scan the QR code on the TV, select your song to add to the que. I would visit again.

I booked a room for 7 and confirmed when asked by management to do so via email, I actually confirmed TWICE. When we got there this RUDE chic at the bar said, "We don't have any record of a reservation for you." I said, "Well, I confirmed it, see..." and I showed her my email thread showing where she asked me to confirm and I responded twice. She responded "Well, I never responded to that so it was never confirmed". I said, " You asked me to respond via email to confirm it and I did so TWICE" so how is this my fault?" She said, "Well, you should have made sure...." and then I was about to go off on this "chienne" French word look it up - and she said "But I will go ahead an put you in a room". Gee THANKS. Just such a rude woman without any semblance of accountability for her own failure to respond to ME! Anyway, they put us in "ROOM 10" and it was like the room time forgot - the main monitor was broken, the larger one, so we had to use the smaller one, it had 3 sofas in a U formation and they were all pleather and ripped/torn with the stuffing showing and all had blankets covering them because sitting on rotten/old pleather (fake leather/vinyl) would hurt, it didn't feel clean in there and then both of our mics had to be changed out because the batteries went dead. BEYOND that, they had a very limited list of songs to choose from - for example, they have like a FEW Madonna songs - like one of her newest ones but some of her most famous were not even on the list, "A Little Respect" by Erasure was not available but "Take a Chance on me" by Erasure was - really hit and miss. Overall kinda of a sucky time - I went here a few years ago for my birthday and had a much better time and in a much nicer room with much nicer people staffing it - I guess it's gone down since then. I wouldn't recommend it unless you just want the basic trashy experience of Karaoke. I had one drink and some food but it wasn't anything special either.

This karaoke spot was a HIT! We came here 2 times in a week and both times the service was fantastic! We ordered soju and ramen! Food and drinks were delicious and up to par with the aura of the establishment! We will definitely be back!
