We went to electric shuffle on 2.21.26 for a birthday party totaling 14 people who all got the boozy package. Our initial experience was terrible and I was ready to give this place 1 star, we were supposed to have 2 tables for our group size and instead only had 1 shuffle table and 4 food tables but in the section they tried putting us into 3 of the 4 reserved food tables they claimed we had also had people at them already and we were told that they were gonna let them stay since they've been there awhile. For reference this package for this many people is nearly 1000$ to get 1 shuffle board table and 1 small food table while strangers join the birthday party. This is not what the experience is supposed to be. I discussed this with who turned out to be the bar manager working that night and they were no help at all and basically told us to deal with it cause all of the other tables were booked out. We had this reservation for at least 2 weeks now, but it didn't matter. Based on the help we received, the confused service, and the attitude of the bar manager we were ready to never come back again. However, the hostess Rebecca came over and spoke with us to get our games set up and I discussed the situation with her as well. Instead of telling us just to deal with it she heard our case, talked to a different manager, and fixed everything, we got the section we were supposed to have, had the 2 shuffle tables in a more secluded area that was just our party, and where we could actually engage with each other, and we had an amazing time. Our server who's name I think was kay but I am not 100% sure as we had 1 initial server and then a new server when we moved, was also amazing. Very attentive and quick services on drinks and food. The drinks we had were also very good as well as all of the food, for an all you can eat/drink package we were very blown away by how high the quality it was. As a bunch of people who have never played shuffle board we had a great time and are looking to come back again, we are very grateful for Rebecca who essentially saved the night, and the birthday party, and completely changed our view of the venue. Her and our servers are the only reason I am able to give 5 stars as the Bar manager almost made it so that we would never recommend this place to anyone.
