We have used Dr Delphinium for years and have always been beyond pleased with the service and absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements, and this experience was no different! Birthday flowers for our daughter’s 33rd birthday and they made her day. Going above & beyond when they realized her card didn’t make it in the first delivery they returned and added a beautiful candle. Can’t say enough how much this meant to us. Can’t go wrong when ordering here!
The flowers I ordered for my mom’s 70th birthday arrived right on time and were absolutely stunning. They truly packed a punch — so beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. She was thrilled! I’m especially grateful to Dr Delphinium for making this happen so seamlessly, since I live far away in California. Thank you for helping make my mom’s day — and mine — so special.

I usually appreciate Dr. Delphinium arrangements but this one came super sad, wilted looking and the roses looked dirty due to the condition of the rose. EDIT: I called and they sent a replacement bouquet that came the same day. It was better quality but still I have seen better from them. The bouquets only lasted about 4 days.

I made my order over the phone. The event was a baby shower and the gender was not known. The planner helped decide on the color and the set up for the brunch. They delivered it and it was seamless, and beautiful. THANK YOU!!!!

I’ve ordered from Dr Delphinium before and was unhappy with the quality and how the arrangement compared to the online photo. The staff did try to make it right, so I decided to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. While the arrangement looked fine initially, the flowers were clearly not fresh. It was delivered on Wednesday and completely dead by Sunday.
I regularly buy flowers from Whole Foods and even Kroger, and they last one to two weeks. For a premium-priced arrangement, this is unacceptable. Two disappointing experiences are enough—I won’t be ordering from here again.
