Vic and Mike were so helpful and amazing! We had a lot of fun. We had a group of 4 of kids aged 12/13. My husband and I also enjoyed it for a quick game. We will definitely be back to enjoy the fun and friendly staff.

This place was amazing , we played squid games and me and my family had a great time . We already talking about going back to play something different . If you want to have a friends night or family night give this place a try

The place itself was okay, but unfortunately, the experience was not what was advertised. We went for my son’s 11th birthday with our extended family, and it was extremely disappointing. The game boxes are very small for a group of six, making the space feel cramped. The biggest issue, however, was the temperature. The AC was either not working properly or simply not sufficient for the space. We mentioned it to the couple at the front, and they assured us it was working, but inside the room it felt like we were sitting in a hot car. Everyone was sweating through their clothes—from my children to my parents. It was especially disappointing because this was supposed to be a fun birthday experience for our family. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable heat made it difficult for everyone to enjoy the experience. For the price, we expected much better.

I visited Immersive Gamebox in Deep Ellum, Dallas, with my girlfriend last Saturday and we had an amazing time. The gaming experience was incredibly immersive, fun, and unlike anything we’ve tried before. The staff member who assisted us was very friendly and took the time to explain the game thoroughly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and entertaining activity in Dallas. The only issue is that we still haven’t received the photos from our session. I suspect my email address may have been entered incorrectly. I’d appreciate it if someone could help me with that.
