The best comedy club on the planet. Come for the comedy, stay for everything else amazing: the patio, the classes, the community. They always have incredible weekend headliners from all over the country and bring in the best talent. Ticket prices are probably some of the best in the city based on the quality of the experience. You can find the funniest working comics in Texas here always doing showcases that easily compare to NY and LA or pop in for the open mic. Plus they’re one of the few comedy clubs that also have improv! The free shows during the week are a ton of fun, you can get on stage at the improv jam if you’re curious to try it. And the weekend improv shows are GREAT especially if you’re celebrating a birthday or anniversary. I’m partial to the Primetime show 😉. It’s like Dropout or Whose Line is it Anyway. Plus if you stick around and have a drink on the patio you can usually meet a bunch of the comics performing in all of the shows. And finally, TAKE A CLASS! Legendary comedy training that really helps jumpstart your comedy career. **PARKING** Parking here is actually kind of a dream for Deep Ellum. Since the club is at the end of the strip there’s plenty of additional parking on Main & Elm for free or for cheap. 10/10 love love love

If you’re looking for a quality low key date night I highly recommend DCC. The open mic nights and shows will give you the release you’ve been looking for. Ask for Tony at the bar- he can make anything your little heart desires.

Staff was helpful and answered our questions. Openers and headliner were great we laughed all evening! Only issue was we ordered 4 Jell-O shots before the show, they never came, asked about them after the show at the bar, they said they are out, but they charged our card anyway. I would have bought a different drink had I know the jello was out. No biggie.

Unless have a low voice don’t go me and my best friend went and we had a good time at first (only black folks there just a head up ) but we were told me we were being to “chatty” we were engaging and having a good time. We were literally discussing The one or two jokes that were actually funny .We decided to just leave , granted it wasn’t the type of show we wanted to see anyways just wanted to give it a try . The female waitress was nice tho , won’t be back plus it wasn’t that funny tbh just a cool high school drama class type experience.
