Chef Zach came to our law firm for a chocolate truffle rolling class. This was one of our favorite team building events ever! Zach is so kind and such and great teacher. He has a very impressive resume, and he is a wealth of knowledge - we learned so much. We will be recommending his classes to our colleagues, friends and family! Such a great experience!
We love Chef Zach's chocolate truffle class! Our organization has hired him 4 times since he was such a hit. Zach is clearly an expert in his field yet he is very approachable and makes learning fun for our quarterly cohort.
His group event is engaging, educational and overall very unique.

Chef Zach is simple awesome! My girlfriend and I spent our two year anniversary with Chef Zach learning all about chocolate and learning secrets of the masters. He is extremely knowledgeable and his home is set up to be welcoming and conducive to working with this most sacred treat! I highly recommend giving this experience a go and learn something new about chocolate.
We also got the kitchen aprons, which are good quality.

Chocolate Truffle Class for 30 people
We had a great time with Zach, and liked how in-depth he was with the history and tasting notes. He brought everything we needed (besides napkins and water for our guests) which made the event seamless. Would definitely book again!

Chef Zach was stellar and his instruction style was fun, interactive and engaging. Mark my words, my Chocolate Soufflé will be talk of the town and I have Chef Zach to thank for that!
