Chef Zach came to our law firm for a chocolate truffle rolling class. This was one of our favorite team building events ever! Zach is so kind and such and great teacher. He has a very impressive resume, and he is a wealth of knowledge - we learned so much. We will be recommending his classes to our colleagues, friends and family! Such a great experience!

Get directions →My boyfriend and I took this class for Valentine’s Day and had the best time! Chef Zach was kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. Everything was well prepared, and the recipe wasn’t too challenging. We were even able to replicate it at home. He also provides links for anything you might need afterward, which was so helpful. We would definitely recommend this experience to friends!

I've taken over 10 classes with Chef Zach Townsend. It has been a pleasure learning incredible french desserts/cakes, both in a private and couples setting. I've come alone, with my husband and my son on different occasions. The patience and technique with which Chef Zach teaches, makes for a fun and educational session. He even goes into the history / background of the item being taught. I've had a blast learning and baking with him, and have continued to practice at home with his encouragement.

My husband surprised me with a chocolate cooking class with Chef Zach. What a wonderful experience we had! Chef Zach welcomed us into his home and educated us about chocolate. My husband had selected to make chocolate truffles. We had no prior experience cooking with chocolate before and we were a bit intimidated at first, but Chef Zach patiently guided us through each step of the process. You could palpate his passion and love for all things chocolate and teaching. By the end of our session, we had created an unbelievably delicious ganache. We left with our new found knowledge of chocolate, scrumptious truffles, and forever memories! Thank you Chef Zach!!
