I recently rented out the VIP room for a party and overall we had a really good experience. The room itself was great, the karaoke setup worked well, and the staff/service were fine throughout the event. My guests had a good time and the venue atmosphere was fun.
The only disappointing part was the “pizza bites.” I specifically requested them in advance thinking they would be actual pizza slices cut into small pieces or some type of fresh appetizer. Instead, what we received were basically frozen Totino’s pizza rolls like the ones from Walmart. It honestly caught me off guard and was a little embarrassing in front of my guests, especially since I had to request them ahead of time. Almost all of them were not eaten, and it was over 100 dlls per tray.
Other than that issue, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed the experience overall.

We always have a fun time here. I love the lemon soju! This is the only place that seems to sell it. They recently started selling a Vietnamese spirit called Một Hai Ba YO that we got to try, it was good and STRONG! They have a variety of flavors, we had the mango. I love the system they have, I get to sing so many things that I wouldn't be able to with the traditional system. The rooms can get pretty hot, but the staff will bring you a fan if you ask. Overall, this is a spot I keep visiting to have a fun time!

Absolute 10/10 experience!
Stephen went above and beyond for our large group, setting us up in a fantastic private lounge area while we waited for our reservation. Every detail was on point—the food, the drinks, and the service from the entire staff were top-notch. Hands down one of the best experiences we've had!

Was there recently with a small group of friends (4 including myself) and got their smallest room. What they do not tell you on their website is that instead of having a real karaoke player with licensed songs, they literally just Airplay from an iPad, using a STREAMING app (idk what exactly it was, but it looked like a version of Spotify). The staff legit tells you to "add the '-karaoke' postfix to every song name". They also charge a 20% gratuity for some reason?? Regardless if you ordered food or not. Guess that pitcher of iced water they gave must have been some real expensive stuff.

My cousin invited me out for his 50th birthday celebration. It was super crowded. He had a room reserved and I will admit that everything was fun, a really nice collection and variety of music. Food was good and so where the drinks. One thing that is very important is maintaining the upkeep of the restrooms. With how busy they are...someone should be attending to them regularly.
