I recently rented out the VIP room for a party and overall we had a really good experience. The room itself was great, the karaoke setup worked well, and the staff/service were fine throughout the event. My guests had a good time and the venue atmosphere was fun. The only disappointing part was the “pizza bites.” I specifically requested them in advance thinking they would be actual pizza slices cut into small pieces or some type of fresh appetizer. Instead, what we received were basically frozen Totino’s pizza rolls like the ones from Walmart. It honestly caught me off guard and was a little embarrassing in front of my guests, especially since I had to request them ahead of time. Almost all of them were not eaten, and it was over 100 dlls per tray. Other than that issue, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed the experience overall.
