We took my special needs sister-in/law. The staff provided bumpers for her and helped finding shoes. The downside was there were so many people with the leagues that their equipment was everywhere. My sister-in-law struggled to navigate her walker through the mess. I also tripped over the equipment. The price was also prohibitive for three people to bowl. I realize it’s no longer $1 per game like when I attended UNT. However, I believe they charged about $8 per game per person plus charges for the shoes. I declined to bowl so we could save money.
Lady judged size of my foot, also almost denied my request for a kids size ball - I have wrist problems. I ordered food through their website, but the kitchen seemed to be under maintenance and nobody was there preparing food. So I went to ask if the kitchen was open and they said yes, and so I asked if they had received my order and they said it should've gone through. When we finally received our food, it was burnt and we did not get our drink. So I went up to the counter for the 4th time and they told me that, for future reference, I need to show a receipt when I order a drink, even though I ordered it with the rest of my food. I ordered a Dr. Pepper, not an alcoholic drink. They made me feel stupid. Also the music was bad.

The manager was sweet and thanked my husband for his service; everyone else that worked at this establishment was absolutely atrocious (except for one person with a beard behind the bar, who I complimented). The place looks like an old school bowling alley without the prices, comfort, or customer service. We will not be back, sadly. I really wish that I could give higher praise, but truly, if sucked.

Nice House Shot. Frequent equipment issues. Some lanes can be out of commission for weeks. Ball returns often malfunction or are very slow and pin setup slow due to what appears to be lack of pins in the pit. Very nice employees.

Update: our visit to this place was nice. No issues with Groupon. visited on sunday at 4pm. It was not crowded. Staffs were kind & friendly. Fries were good. Didnt use arcade. Agree with other review, looked little outdated/old but inside it was ok for a 2hour usage of bowling. Thanks Bowlero.
3/25/24: My first review without visiting. I Have a groupon to visit this place. Will update my experience ,after visiting to recommend this place to other people as this place has got negative reviews about groupon. Hope to have a good experience with our Groupons🤞🏻
