My wife surprised me by bringing us here to celebrate my birthday. A full experience worth every cent! The pride of the employees talking about the alcohols distilled here is very notable. The tour was entertaining and actually very well elaborated. Didn't feel like your typical sales pitch of we are this or that; it felt genuine and that makes it an unforgettable experience. Spirits; Vodka 10/10: smooth, good finish and honestly if I bottled it in another brand it could pass for a much more expensive vodka. Gin 7/10: a bit too floral for my taste but that's my personal opinion. Bourbon 9/10: woody, smooth, notes of caramel. Perfect on its own or mixed. Rye 8/10: I'm personally not a huge fan of rye whiskies on their own, different story if it's in an old fashioned. Pecan 8/10: a bit too sweet for my taste. I'm curious to mix a bit inside a cheesecake and see what that looks like. Yumm! TXEspresso 10/10: the coffee bitters are there, the flavours are incredible ! I could drink this every single day with my morning espresso. Full Experience 10/10 Amy and her coworker were amazing! End result: 3 bottles and glass taken home!
