Andretti 🔥 Jenn was absolutely amazing! We celebrated my son’s 18th birthday, and she made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She handled our celebration with such professionalism and genuine kindness, making sure every detail was taken care of and that everyone in our party had exactly what they needed.

My 81 year old dad wanted to go kart race with his grandson. The staff was so very patient in helping him get in and out of the go kart. They smiled the entire time instead of eyerolling or groaning that he needed help or was taking too long. The smile my dad had after was amazing ❤️ we all had a blast on the games, 7d and laser tag as well.

This was my first time at Andrettis in Grand Prairie. I went with a group of friends and it was a complete disappointment. I told the staff in the front that it was our first time and you would think they would try to help you answer any questions that we might have but they were just talking to each other not paying attention to us. After we decided what package worked for everyone we were all disappointed with the quality of the attractions and go karts for how expensive everything was. More than half of the arcade games had error on it so we couldn’t even play them. That didn’t matter to me as much, until when we were checking out getting surprises from the tickets we had all won. There was a gentleman there that had Team Lead on his name tag. He couldn’t even ask how we enjoyed our night or not even a your welcome after we said thanks for the surprises. He was very rude and everytime we needed staff for the hologate vr experience the staff acted like it was a problem that we asked to play. Everytime we would ask to play they had to go ask another staff member because they didn’t want to help us. The only good encounter i had was with the host at the restaurant. She was way more friendly than anyone else that works there. She at least smiled at us. We expected a lot better and we definitely won’t be back to this location.

A lot of fun for kids or adults! 2 main tracks and 2 smaller tracks for the smaller kids. The karts were plenty fast for the track layouts. Cool arcade games as well. The hyperdeck is a lot of fun with different games to play along with the hologate attraction. Full bar and food menu with plenty of screens for sports entertainment. Wish the attractions were a little cheaper for 5-7 minute game play.
