We visited this place with our family, including three children. After finding a table, it took quite a while before we could even find a server to take our order. We ordered fries first because the kids were hungry, and we planned to look over the menu and order our meals afterward.
The fries also took a long time to arrive. What surprised us most was that as soon as the fries were placed on our table, the server immediately brought us the bill before we had even started eating or ordered our main food. When we asked about it, he said he was leaving and therefore wanted to close out the check.
We found this unusual and uncomfortable. In all our dining experiences, we have never been presented with a bill before finishing our meal or having the opportunity to place the rest of our order. It gave us the impression that we were being rushed rather than welcomed as guests.
We hope this was simply poor service and not an assumption made about us. As customers, we expect to be treated with the same courtesy and hospitality as everyone else. Despite the experience, we remained polite and even left a tip.
We are sharing this feedback in the hope that management will address these service issues and ensure that all guests feel respected and valued in the future.
First time driving electric gokarts ( I like gas gokarts) on this awesome place 😎 not expecting much but I get very impressed. Super clean and neat place very organized and cool. Staff very helpful and friendly they have more then just gokarts, including bowling 🎳, arcade, laser tag , 4d experience, restaurant, bar and more. Prices are fair for this type of entertainment ( no cheap) but remember what you paid is what you get...the gokarts track is multilevel and super fun 😀 bring the whole family and make memories together, I highly recommend this fun place.

We had our son's birthday party at the Fort Worth Andretti last Saturday, and it was an amazing experience! Everything was well organized, and the kids had an absolute blast.
This location is much better than the one in The Colony. It's much more spacious, less crowded, very clean, and overall provides a much more enjoyable experience.
A special thank you to **Colinn** and **Aaliyah** for coordinating everything and making sure the party went perfectly. They were friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to make the day stress-free for us. We truly appreciate all of their help!
Highly recommend the Fort Worth location for anyone planning a birthday party or a fun family outing!

This place was so much fun!! The food was amazing the experiences were a blast. Duck pin bowling was the most fun!! Austen was phenomenal and helped with everything.

This place is very clean very fun family friendly. We will be returning back soon. The reason we gave 3 stars is because a bar tender name Shannyn was very unprofessional with my husband. Her performance needs to be under review immediately her attitude toward my husband was uncalled for she’s not really a people person it felt like discrimination and prejudice intent from Shannyn. Our drinks were water down for the price we paid. (We brought a few drinks) When we closed tab Shannyn closed it without permission and did not double check to make sure how we were going to pay. My husband wanted to pay with two cards. He ask her why she (Shannyn) close the tab already Without him looking at the receipt she just grunted and walk off like whatever! So we were going to tip her $20 but we crossed off to pay her a $10 tip for her bartending performance. The receipt needs to go under review because Shannyn took the $20 tip anyway when it was written on tip line to only receive $10 . (The $20 is cross off with a line) please review this it was Saturday 6/13/2026 12 midnight we closed tab hope the receipt is still there to show proof. If it’s not Shannyn might throw it away. Due to employee is the reason for 3 stars.
