We had an amazing time at Andretti! The staff was so helpful, the line moved smoothly, and we got our cards and started playing games right away. Everyone was having a great time, and from the drinks and food to the go-karts, they made the whole visit feel special. It’s definitely a great place for family fun—there’s something for everyone! We missed out on mini bowling this time, so we’ll have to try it on our next visit.

We visited this place with our family, including three children. After finding a table, it took quite a while before we could even find a server to take our order. We ordered fries first because the kids were hungry, and we planned to look over the menu and order our meals afterward.
The fries also took a long time to arrive. What surprised us most was that as soon as the fries were placed on our table, the server immediately brought us the bill before we had even started eating or ordered our main food. When we asked about it, he said he was leaving and therefore wanted to close out the check.
We found this unusual and uncomfortable. In all our dining experiences, we have never been presented with a bill before finishing our meal or having the opportunity to place the rest of our order. It gave us the impression that we were being rushed rather than welcomed as guests.
We hope this was simply poor service and not an assumption made about us. As customers, we expect to be treated with the same courtesy and hospitality as everyone else. Despite the experience, we remained polite and even left a tip.
We are sharing this feedback in the hope that management will address these service issues and ensure that all guests feel respected and valued in the future.

First time driving electric gokarts ( I like gas gokarts) on this awesome place 😎 not expecting much but I get very impressed. Super clean and neat place very organized and cool. Staff very helpful and friendly they have more then just gokarts, including bowling 🎳, arcade, laser tag , 4d experience, restaurant, bar and more. Prices are fair for this type of entertainment ( no cheap) but remember what you paid is what you get...the gokarts track is multilevel and super fun 😀 bring the whole family and make memories together, I highly recommend this fun place.
Go fast have a blast....

We brought six kids out on a school night to celebrate our 7-year-old’s birthday with dinner, games, and go-kart racing, and Cole made the entire experience exceptional.
As a supervisor, he went above and beyond to accommodate our group quickly and make sure everything was set up for a great night. He was fantastic with the kids, incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful experience with a large group feel easy and enjoyable.
The kids had an absolute blast, and Cole deserves a lot of credit for making the night so special. Outstanding customer service and a great example of someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Came for my son’s friend’s birthday party on a Saturday and was surprised at how dead it was. The parking lot was quite empty and it definitely was not busy inside either. While my kid was off with his friends I decided to sit down alone to eat and read(moms totally get me here!!) anyway, I stood at the hostess stand for several minutes before anyone appeared. Was sat in a nice booth then waited… and waited…. And waited. Nobody ever came to take my order. I ended up going to the bar to order. When the food came I was shocked again. $25 for chicken tenders was annoying enough but figured at least I know they’ll be good because who messes up chicken tenders? Well they’re almost inedible! The breading is honestly terrible and the chicken itself was gristly and stringy. I sat at that table for almost 2 hours total and not a single employee came by other than the bartender who had to drop off the food I ordered from her. The whole thing was so off.
