Had an amazing time at Altitude Trampoline Park! The facility is clean, well-organized, and a lot of fun for both kids and adults. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone stayed safe while having a great time. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the overall atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. A fantastic place for family outings, birthday parties, or just burning off some energy. Highly recommend!

Get directions →My daughter loved it here, so I know we'll be back. She had 2hrs of jumping for her 8th birthday party. The kids all had a blast, the only thing I had to side eye them about was the amount you pay per child and you get dominoes pizza and water. I brought my own decorations for her Barbie themed party. But overall I would book again for her to have a great time. The place was safe, clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We recently visited Altitude Trampoline Park and overall had a fun experience. However, one interaction left a disappointing impression. A parent from a birthday party told the cashier she wanted to donate her unused socks for another jumper to use. Later, I spoke with several members of the same party who explained that their admission included socks, but many had brought their own and did not need the included pairs. My 3-year-old needed a smaller size, so I asked whether we could use one of the donated pairs. I was fully prepared to purchase socks if necessary, but the cashier repeatedly refused and insisted the socks were "for the party," even after multiple party members confirmed they would not be using them. The explanations provided were inconsistent and did not make sense given the circumstances. This was never about the cost of a pair of socks. It was about customer service and common sense. If Altitude has a policy prohibiting the transfer of unused socks, that's understandable and should be communicated clearly. If not, this felt like an unnecessary decision that turned a simple act of generosity into an awkward interaction. Customers may not remember an employee's name, but they do remember how a business made them feel. I would appreciate clarification on the policy so future guests have a more consistent experience.

I’m currently at Altitude location in Richardson. The place is generally clean and I found the staff extremely professional. I’m frustrated because of the grippy socks policy. We have grip socks from multiple jump places they are all the same socks but we were forced to buy new socks because they don’t say Altitude while several other kids were jumping around in sock from other companies. The policy is not consistently followed which is very frustrating. This is all about making money creates a poor customer experience.

This evening was our first time visiting this indoor trampoline park. It’s not the biggest or the fanciest that we’ve been to but I’m writing this in hopes that the owner reads this. The young staff working this evening made a huge impression. They were extremely courageous and well mannered. We came towards the end of the evening around seven and they were busy taking out the trash, sanitizing tables and sweeping floors during our visit. My kids had a good time both age 11. We will return.
