This has been me of our favorite places to come get energy out for at least five years. They have some great staff and my kids love it here. However, we hadn't been in for quite some time and today we entered only to discover, front and center, there were a collection of flashy, overpriced arcade games. This place is already incredibly overstimulating. But now there are the flashing lights and electronic screens of these games. If I had known I would have at least prepared my kids and told them there was no way we were paying more for these games. In fact, one of the reasons we come here is to escape the pull of screens, particularly on hot summer days, and get exercise! I understand the decision from a business point of view, but today I watched kid after kid stand in front of these machines, even if parents had said no to paying for them, to pull knobs or push buttons, staring wide eyed at yet more screens. We will likely cancel our long-standing membership after today.

I can’t say enough good things about Altitude Trampoline Park! As a parent of an autistic son who doesn’t get the opportunity to go out and experience places like this very often, seeing him have so much fun meant more to me than words can explain. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to the GM, Erica Herrera, for taking such great care of us and making my son feel so welcomed. She went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable, included, and happy. As a parent, knowing your child is somewhere they feel accepted and can truly enjoy themselves means everything.
I also want to recognize all the employees working around the courts. They helped create an environment where my son felt safe, comfortable, and free to have fun. It’s not always easy finding places where your child can feel that way, and our experience here was truly special.
Erica, thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for my son and me! The kindness and care you showed us will not be forgotten. You can tell that you genuinely care about your guests and the experience they have. Altitude Trampoline Park is lucky to have you leading the team. You run an amazing park, and your staff reflects that!
We will absolutely remember this experience, and I’m so grateful my son got to make these happy memories. Thank you, Erica, and thank you to the entire Altitude team for making us feel welcome. You made a bigger difference than you probably realize!

this place is so fun!! My aunt takes me and my sibling and my cousin here all the time! Our favorite are the bounce area, zip line, and the thing where you can jump up on the wall ledge. and I had one question, my sibling and I wanted to wear our fursuit heads, and maybe tails too one day we come, would we be allowed to? and what and what not would we be allowed to do? I’m 13 my sibling is 10. Thanks!!

My kid loves it here! Plenty for them to do. While he was playing I sat in the massage chair and enjoyed some mommy time!

The staff is always so helpful and fun. I appreciate them so much keeping it clean with all those kids! They have snacks and drinks, loads of places to sit and massage chairs for adults. It’s pretty great and the kids love it!
