I purchased a Groupon because I wanted to try the Cold Plunge, I purchased the 2 person voucher for my husband and I. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, they explained what the voucher offered and showed us to the room. The room itself was private and it felt warm. We started off in the sauna and then the cold Plunge. The first time, it took my breath away (literally) it was freezing! I think I was in for about a min and had to get out because my toes were frozen! But little by little my time increased, my longest time was 4 mins HAHA! Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the experience and we would definitely do it again!
Excellent all around!!! First, Makayla greeted us and checked us in. She answered our questions, gave us thorough instructions, offered us complimentary drinks, and was very friendly! The float tanks here are clean, beautiful, and are operated at such a high standard. The vitamin C shower is awesome too! I signed up for a membership because I have been so impressed since the first time I came in! The memberships are affordable and come with great perks. Love floating here!

Husband and I found this spot when looking for a couples float experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, made our day a little extra special in all the possible ways. We got a little tour of the other rooms like the fire and ice baths. Definitely plan to come back! Lots of time before and after the float to fully soak in everything.

My first visit today & it was nothing short of amazing. Upon checking in, Kyle is personable, accommodating & very informative! He explained various benefits of services & examples of how they should be used according to needs/goals. Additionally they offer a scan to assess your nervous system. He took me on a tour of the facility before my session began. The services I received were the infrared sauna & the vitamin C shower. The sauna is perfect size with plenty of options including lighting choice & Bluetooth. There are hygiene products, towels and a robe provided in the room. I felt amazing, rejuvenated, especially after cooling down with the vitamin C shower. The location is perfect, the facility is well maintained & clean. There are options to pay per visit/service or a membership. I can't wait to return & try the float therapy. I may even try the cold plunge. I highly recommend based on customer service and the choices in how one can relax & rejuvenate.

My friend treated me here as a birthday present. It was an awesome experience and I love that we have a location closer to home that offers all of the health amenities in one place. I selected the cold plunge and red light therapy, we felt recharged after our services!
I learned that you can book their dreamscape lounge which is a cute vibe-y room that you and your friends can rent out for little parties. You just pay for the space and altered States will take care of the rest (snacks and charcuterie, probably more if you gave them a vision).
Everything we used was so clean! Love the concept and plan to bring my husband and friends here in the future.
